When warmer weather finally arrives in Southern Wisconsin, most of us have a strong urge to get outside. No matter where you work, one of the best ways to relieve stress is to take a break and go for a walk. The beauty of nature, which is always with us, can inspire us, lower our blood pressure, and make us feel better. A brisk walk outside increases our circulation and allows our mind to appreciate the natural world. It’s been proven that even a short walk daily is an antidote to work stress and helps us connect with our environment.
